Well... i had a blog break. It wasn't a planned absence but i needed some time away from the online world. While i truly enjoy being online and i'm constantly amazed at the creativity and generosity on display, the last few weeks have gotten me down. A seemingly endless stream of spam, rude emails and copy-cat issues.
So enough. I've had some time away from the computer and taken a step back. I'll tell you this much, it's actually been really nice to consciously go low-tech and no-tech for a little while. Among other things, there's been some vegie patch tending (it's been a little neglected lately), baking, crochet, op-shopping, games, sewing, reading, hanging with family, long walks, wine, writing lists and general aimless meandering.
It's all good. We're heading away for a short break this week too, which has been nice to look forward to. A change of scenery always does me a world of good.
So that's where i'm at. It's nice to be back in my little blog space and i hope that all is well in your corner of the world.
